Qamar Constructions Sargodha was lead and found by "Hafiz Sadar-ul-Hassan Usmani" in 1978 by a small unit which later on expended and molded into a big manufacturing unit which includes the production of Water Course Lining (PCPL), Nakka, RCC Pipes and now are famous for their quality all over the country.
Hafiz Sadar-ul-Hassan was more intrusted in researches regarding RCC products so he introduced new and useful designs of PCPL and Nakka's which helped in lower consumption of water, so He was nominated for the "National Award" for his brilliant idea. Further Qamar Construction has done many projects on national level like Chashma Right Bank Canal Project D.G Khan, Mirani Dam Project Turbat Balochistan, Pipe Culverts at Motorway and other short projects were compiled by Qamar Constructions in all provinces of Pakistan in collaboration with on form water management.
